WriteGirl Named Amazon Literary Partnership Grantee

We are thrilled to announce that Amazon has recently named WriteGirl as an Amazon Literary Partnership grantee! This year, over $1 million total in grants have been awarded to 74 writing and literary organizations across the country, including WriteGirl. Thanks to this grant, we will be able to continue supporting, providing inspiration, and nurturing the creativity of underserved teens in Los Angeles and beyond. 

“We support organizations that amplify often overlooked and underrepresented writers, and connect writers with their readers,” Amazon Literary Partnership said in a press release. “At Amazon, we believe in the power of words to transform lives, communities, and the world, and we are honored to support these vital organizations that support and champion writers.”
